Our client is a global and national market leader in manufacturing with clients in the Construction industry.
An expansion program has created an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the group.
The Process Improvement Manager will be responsible for quantifying the value of current operating systems and processes throughout my clients manufacturing sites across the UK. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of a support system to qualifying future applications systems investment that will realise key strategic and operational goals within my client's business.
Ideally you will have lean experience.
·HNC, HND or Degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
·Ideally some experience of Batch Manufacturing
·To support and challenge the region in delivering the Operations Improvement Programme and to be a change agent.
·Proven experience in setting up and achieving sustained success using Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Quality Controls regime plans
·Experience of interacting and influencing decision making at a senior level
·Knowledge of BBA/BRC/BSI
You'll be based in Gateshead production office however you may have to travel throughout UK from time to time.
