Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Central Belt, Scotland
Package: Basic Salary: Circa £45000-50000, 34 Days Holiday inc Bank Hols, 5% Contributory Pension Scheme
My client is the manufacturer of precision-engineered products serving steel fabricators and end users across Oil & Gas, Offshore Renewable Energy, in Scotland. Constantly evolving and challenging old perceptions and stereotypes, this is a company that promotes forward-thinking and progressive attitudes.
They require a Business Development Manager to cover Scotland/North East England, ideally based in the Central Belt of Scotland or Newcastle area. This role involves new business development approx. 80% of the time and spending the remainder of the time developing existing accounts. You'll be selling a
mainly to the End Users and Fabricators within the industries detailed above.
Ideally you'll have sales experience within a Steel Stockholder or Engineering background.
You will be hard working with drive, determination and enjoy developing new business. This would also suit a career driven individual, as this business grows there will be more senior opportunities on offer.
