Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Manchester (Covering the North West of England)
Package: Basic £30-34000 plus OTE £20000; Commercial Vehicle; 22 days holiday + Stats, Cont Pension Contribution, plus home office.
Our Client is distributor of portable equipment, their equipment's used in Workshops, Warehouses, Machine Halls, Agriculture and Construction markets. They have exclusive rights to sell their products across Europe and are expanding their business and now looking to recruit in the UK.
Their products have various USP's more Efficient, less noise by a considerable amount and at a reasonable price.
As Business Development Manager you'll be tasked with creating a Dealer Network from scratch, therefore there'll be a considerable amount of time cold calling mainly to Agricultural/Horticultural stores, Plant Hire Companies, Tool shops/Merchants and Machine Shops.
You will have a proven track record in Field Sales from a B2B background ideally with knowledge of Agricultural, Builders Merchants, Plant Hire. You'll have hands on experience negotiating with Regional Accounts.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is ambitious, tenacious, self motivated with sound commercial awareness. The opportunity for a Country Manager role would be up for grabs in the short term which would see you managing a small sales team.
