Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Midlands

Package: Basic Circa £35-40000, 20% bonus scheme; Quality company car/Allowance; 25 days holiday plus stats, Bupa healthcare, 10% Cont Pension Scheme

OUR CLIENT: is a successful market leader within the Construction Industry and due to expansion, has a vacancy for an Business Development Manager who will be responsible for all existing accounts and also to develop new business in the Midlands.

THE ROLE:

You will be tasked to grow the area's turnover & profit by selling their market leading Waterproofing related products to the construction industry, mainly dealing with the Contractors, End Users & Architects. Your time will be roughly split 60/40 new business development / Account Management.

YOU:

Ideally you'll have experience selling into the Civils market or Ready Mixed Concrete to the wider construction trade either way we'd like to hear from you. The most important thing my client wants is someone with Drive, Hunger and Enthusiasm along with being able to demonstrate a solid track record in Sales.
