Title: Area Sales Manager

Location: Midlands & South East England

Package: Basic Circa £60-70000; Bonus Scheme; Car or Allowance, Pension and Healthcare 25Days Holiday + Stats.

Our client the market leader who design & manufacture building materials sold into the construction industry across Europe. They are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage existing accounts 25% of the time with the majority of your time spent developing new business (this would change over time) across the whole of the South East and the Midlands.

You will be responsible for selling and building long-term relationships with main and sub contractors from House Building to Civil Engineering markets.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is target driven, enthusiastic with strategic sales experience ideally with experience selling EPS / XPS products. You will have great communication skills and be able to demonstrate an organised/planned approach along with the confidence to negotiate and close contracts whilst developing, building and maintaining excellent client relationships.

You will have to be a team player to succeed along with being hard working with drive, determination and sound commercial awareness.
