As the Head of HR, you will have the opportunity to shape the company’s strategic priorities and long-term vision while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
As the Head of HR/HR Director, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior leadership team, playing a pivotal role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive HR strategy that drives employee engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) across the organisation.
