Title: Senior Engineer / Senior Engineering Manager

Location: South Lanarkshire

Salary: Basic Circa £50000-60000, Contributory Pension Scheme, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Flexible Working

We have an incredibly exciting opportunity working with a new business, who have designed a “world first” system that helps all manufacturers not only reduce energy costs but also work towards their net zero targets.

We’re looking for a “hands on” Senior Engineer to join my clients growing team. Due to the nature of joining a start up business, you’ll be extremely hands on and enjoy getting stuck in along with the rest of the team. As the business grows so you will your role and responsibilities.

THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for the following;

• Design, Product Development, Technical Drawings
• Scoping, Specifying best fit systems with clients on site.
• Overseeing and Project Managing Installs on site
• Commissioning
• Supplier Engagement
• Quality Management

YOU:

You will have a track record of success within Engineering design ideally from a mechanical or thermal background. You’ll have an interest in green technology along with a commercial awareness/the ability to liaise with clients and be the face of the company. As mentioned, you’ll be a hands on, practical person who enjoys working on site from time to time.

Advancement

This role will offer you a clear, defined path to progression, this is truly an exciting opportunity. As the company grows, you’ll pivot to a managerial position.
